Terms of Service

All custom products are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
• Please double-check all personalization details, spellings, colors, and sizes before submitting.
• Any design mockups or proofs sent for approval must be confirmed within 48 hours to avoid delays.

• Custom items typically take 5-10 business days to produce, not including shipping time.
• Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or unforeseen delays.
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All sales are final on custom items.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for a resolution.
• Proof (photo or video) may be required for review.

• All designs, artwork, and content are the property of Rivera Paper Studio and may not be reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Custom artwork created for clients remains the property of Rivera Paper Studio, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

By using our services, you agree:

• Not to submit offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked content without permission.
• To provide accurate information and timely responses to requests for design approvals or clarifications.

• We may showcase custom orders on our social media or website. If you prefer your product not be shared, please notify us at the time of ordering.
• Filming or posting your order may be offered as an optional add-on service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
